Please note that from 1 February 2012 there have been some important changes to the QANW Insurance Scheme. Please read the information set out here carefully.

To give you peace of mind we've arranged a scheme that will protect the money you pay a REAL Assurance Scheme Member up front, just in case they cease to trade before they deliver the goods to you. Of course this is very unlikely to happen, but unfortunately it does from time to time. The scheme will also protect the written workmanship guarantee that they provide you with once the installation is complete, just in case they cease to trade while the guarantee is still valid. Before you sign the contract you will be provided with this leaflet giving you all the information you require about the DAWWI Scheme.
